** Paying homage to Agarie's Japanese heritage, the Mousemallow says "chu", Japanese onomatopoeia for a mouse's squeak.
* The "three rules" mentioned in Mousemallow's journal entry reference the nursery rhyme [[wikipedia:Three Blind Mice|Three Blind Mice]] ("the 'blind' routine" ) and the cartoon character [[wikipedia:Mickey Mouse|Mickey Mouse]] ("a [mouse] wearing pants").
