The Tower of Sour is a totem pole like structure located just outside the boundaries of the garden. The tower prevents sour piñatas from appearing in your garden, with the species blocked being determined by the tower's state of completion.
Pieces of the Tower of Sour are awarded to the player by Jardiniero upon taming a sour piñata for the first time. Once in place, that species of sour will never spawn in, unless the piece is manually turned off. Alternatively, Tower of Sour pieces can be purchased from Costolot’s Store, where they usually become available a few levels after the piñata appears.
