Willy Builder (Shop)
Willy Builder is the shop run by Willy, the local builder. It is attached to Costolot's Store, and can be visited to contract its titular proprietor to construct buildings for the garden.
In Pocket Paradise, Willy cannot build homes for species above the current player level. (research what the exact rules are for this?)
