Computer Records

Computer Records are a new type of completion requirement added in Trouble in Paradise. In the cutscene that plays when starting a new garden, Professor Pester breaks into a Piñata Central facility and attempts to steal the piñata files from its computer system, but a Ruffian accidentally deletes them all instead. The player is therefore tasked with restoring these records to Piñata Central's database. The computer record for a species can be restored by simply sending a member of that species to a party. This nets the player an award and some experience points.

Trivia

• When a computer record is restored, an Alert appears notifying the player that they have received an award for sending the species to a party. However, this award is not shown under the "Piñata Awards" section of the journal and is instead listed under its own "Computer Records" section.
