Digglerling is a type of helper that can be hired from Arfur's Inn. He will work in the mine, digging up rare treasures.

Diggerlings are the only characters that can use the mine, which is required for 100% completion. When working, Diggerlings will disappear into the mine to carry out their shift underground, while the mine ejects their spoils via its spout. More Diggerlings will dig up rare treasures more frequently, particularly the coveted Dragonache egg and Choclodocus bones. The player cannot directly help the Diggerlings or perform mining themselves, so when mining, it's recommended to hire as many Diggerlings as possible to improve results. Diggerlings can also be aided by a Lantern o' Loot and a Candary wearing a gas mask.
Mini-Games
Diggerling can participate in the mini-games added in Trouble in Paradise. As an opponent, he will use a Profitamole.
