Leafos Gossip
- "I'm sure I saw a Sparrowmint swallow a small bit of yellow litter that was floating in the breeze once and it turned it into something yellow itself."
Trivia
- Candary is the only piñata to have had it's evolution method changed between games. This caused a lot of confusion for players, who were used to the original method from the first game.
- Candaries' mining ability, and its corresponding association with the gas mask accessory, is a reference to the historical use of real canaries in mines to alert workers of toxic gases. This is also the origin of the phrase "canary in the coal mine".
