Whirlm
Whirlms are small worm piñatas, and are the foundation to any garden. Needing very little to be happy, these are usually the first species to reside in the garden.
Whirlms are used in the tutorial of the original Viva Piñata and in Pocket Paradise. They help teach the player the basics of residing piñatas, changing their names, and romancing them. In Trouble in Paradise, this role is instead filled by Bispotti.
Description Edit
Whirlms are very simple in appearance, bright orange in color with red and green patterns. Their head and body are all part of one shape, making them look like a short round worm.
Whirlms make a squeaky sounding noise, and are often seen rolling around the garden like a wheel. Doing this lets the Whirlm move surprisingly fast. They can also sometimes be seen digging into the ground and popping back up again.
Being the simplest piñata to care for, Whirlms are happy to simply exist in the background as you build up your garden. They get along well with most species, and can only cause any trouble by eating things they shouldn’t, such as sour candy.
