Taffly
Taffly is a little blue fly piñata. While it may be unassuming at first, the Taffly is an incredibly useful piñata to have around and a staple to any garden. Not only can the Taffly be evolved into a Reddhott, multiplying it's value immensely, but it can even make fertilizer for you, only costing you a single piece of fruit.

Uses
Tafflies are able to make fertilizer for you. They won't eat any kind of fruit you give them, instead, they will spray green goo over it, turning it into fertilizer. This is the only way to get the fertilizer pile item in your garden, though it will turn into the regular bagged version upon use. Tafflies will turn fruit to fertilizer at a rate of one fruit per dose.
In Pocket Paradise, this is the only way to obtain fertilizer, as it cannot be purchased in that game.
| Image | Type | Fruit |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow | Banana | |
| Orange | Orange | |
| Purple | Blackberry | |
| Red | Apple | |
| Blue | Blueberry | |
| Brown | Hazelnut | |
| Green | Holly Berry |
Taffly can also be evolved into Reddhott. To do so, set your Taffly on fire somehow. There are multiple ways to do this, such as being hit by a fireweed, but the simplest method is to purchase the firebrand item from Costolot's Store. When it is on, direct your Taffly to the torch. It will circle a bit, but will eventually fly through the flame. Once it lands, it will begin panicking. Douse the poor thing with your watering can, and it will turn into a Reddhott.
Evolving into Reddhott increases the Tafflies value by 7 times. Because the Taffly is so simple to attract, and the method of evolution is also inexpensive, it means that evolving and selling Reddhotts is one of the most powerful money-making methods in the game.
