Miss Petula is the proprietor of Paper Pets. She dislikes her job, due to being left in-charge of the store while her parents are away.

Petula offers accessories that you can use to dress-up your piñatas. In Viva Piñata, she also sells actual piñatas, all being species you cannot attract to your garden normally. In Trouble in Paradise, this feature was removed, and all pets can now be attracted to your garden normally.

• Leafos and Petula do not seem to get along, despite the two sharing a penchant for gossip.
• Petula has a goldfish piñata balanced on her head that is not seen anywhere else in-game. Fish were intended to be included, however were cut.
